The Northeast Wisconsin Chapter of Safari Club International cordially invites you to attend our 26th Annual SCI Hunter's Banquet to be held at the Stadium View Bar and Grill and Hunter Expo 2025 to be held in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Hunting and Fishing Expo at the Resch Expo in Green Bay, WI.

All Dinner Tickets and Sport Show Passes will be available for pickup at the Registration Desk at Stadium Bar and Grill on Saturday. All raffle ticket will be available at the Banquet.

We will once again be back at the newly remodeled Stadium View Bar and Grill for our 26th Annual SCI Hunter's Banquet on Saturday February 22, 2025. Saturday night activities will include a delicious dinner prepared by the chefs at Stadium View, Silent Merchandise Auction Tables, Sables Raffle table, Firearm and Optic Raffles and our Famous Live Auction with Hunts, Trips and merchandise from around the world. Hunter Expo 2025 will be at the Resch Expo February 21 - 23, 2025 in conjunction with the Wisconsin State Hunting and Fishing Expo.

This event has assigned seating and will surely sell out. Banquet tickets are only $75.00 each and include a Saturday or Sunday pass to the Wisconsin State Hunting and Fishing Expo.

Remember over 70% of all money raised by the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter of Safari Club International stays right here in Wisconsin. We are headed for troubling times, we are in need of organizations like Safari Club International that will protect our Hunting Rights and Hunting Traditions.

Please support your local chapters by going to Banquets that are being held, bidding on Online Auctions, renewing your Memberships or joining for the first time.

 NOON - 8:00PM

  • Visit with over 175 Outfitters and Vendors at the Wisconsin State Hunting and Fishing Expo located in the Resch Expo.
  • Bring your Trophies to Resch Expo and enter them into the Trophy Competition (entry fee includes free admission to the Expo).
  • SCI Scorers will be at Resch Expo to score your trophies.

 8:00PM

  • Outfitter's Meet-and-Greet will be held at D2 Stadium District Sports Pub.

Saturday, February 22, 2025

 9:00AM

  • Registration Desk at Stadium View Bar and Grill opens to hand out Expo Passes to all Banquet Ticket holders.

 9:00AM - 7:00PM

  • Visit with over 175 Outfitters and Vendors at the Wisconsin State Hunting and Fishing Expo located in the Resch Expo.
  • Bring your Trophies to Resch Expo and enter them into the Trophy Competition (entry fee includes free admission to the Expo).
  • SCI Scorers will be at Resch Expo to score your trophies.

 9:00AM - 5:00PM

  • SCI Scorers will be at the Resch Expo to score your trophies.

 3:30PM

  • Banquet hall doors open with Silent Auction and Raffle Ticket sales beginning at Stadium View Bar and Grill (preregistration is a must).
  • There will be cash bars open for your enjoyment.

 6:00PM

  • SCI Hunter's Banquet Dinner at the Stadium View Bar and Grill followed by our Famous Live Auction and Raffle Drawings.

Sunday, February 23, 2025

 9:00AM - 3:00PM

  • Visit with over 175 Outfitters and Vendors at the Wisconsin State Hunting and Fishing Expo located in the Resch Expo with free admission for banquet ticket holders (must have registered at Stadium View Bar and Grill on Saturday to receive your free Expo Pass).
  • SCI Scorers will be at Resch Expo to score your trophies.
  • Bring your Trophies to Resch Expo and enter them into the Trophy Competition (entry fee includes free admission to the Expo).
  • Trophy Judging will take place on Sunday afternoon.
