This years Chapter Rifle will be an Xtreme Weather Rifle (XWR-SS)
from the Montana Rifle Company, chambered in a 300WSM and topped
of with a Zeiss Conquest 3.5 X 10 with a Z-800 reticle.
In 1990 Keith Sipe started the Montana Rifleman as a gunsmith specializing in fixing firearms for the avid sportsman. In late 1999 Keith Sipe created Montana Rifle Company to produce an economically superior controlled round feed action. The Model 1999 Montana action takes features from many of the best designs and incorporates them into an action that is safe, functional, cosmetically appealing.
The XWR-SS is an all weather rifle with a 100% stainless steel barreled action matched up with a Bell and Carlson synthetic stock with full length aluminum bedding block.
